Withdraw from contract

EU/EEA consumers can withdraw from a new subscription within 14 days. UK consumers can cancel a new subscription within 14 days. Because the service started at your request, you pay for what was provided before you withdrew and we reimburse the rest, within 14 days. Details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

This ends the contract straight away. It is different from cancelling the renewal, which keeps your access until the end of the paid period: cancel your renewal instead.
